  • I can't pick up my share this week, what are my options?
    You can choose to have a designated person come and pick up your share on your behalf. We will require that you notify us of the new pick up person prior to your pick up time and the new person must have ID. OR you can opt to have your share donated to a food bank on your behalf. You can contact rightoncuetraining@gmail.com to notify us of your pick up change.
  • I have a damaged product or missing item, how do I get a replacement?
    If some of your items should get damaged or are sub-quality please reach out immediately and a replacement will be made on your following order.
  • I've decided that the Farm Share isn't for me, can I get a refund?
    We do not issue refunds but we will allow you to transfer your share with notice or you can choose to donate the remainder of your Share to a food bank.
  • I have lost or damaged my reusable crate, what do I do now?
    If you have lost or damaged your crate there is a $20 replacement charge. You will be required to pay this fee before you will be allowed to pick up your next share. If you forget your crate at home, you will be allowed to take your next share home, but if you don't return with it on the next consecutive pick up you will be charged a lost crate fee. At the end of the season you are encouraged to bring your own reusable totes to transfer your share into otherwise the final share will be delivered in single use grocery type bags.   • Can I make substitutions?
    No, part of the fun of a farm share is trying new items and experiencing unique flavors. If you receive an item that your family can not use, share it with a friend or co-worker!
  • There is so MUCH produce, I can't possibly eat all of this! What can I do?
    Never fear! This is where some basic food preservation skills will help you out. Too much cauliflower? Cut it up and place in freezer bags to add to meals. Tomatoes going soft before you can eat it all? Make a sauce and can it to have for a quick meal. Who can eat a whole onion? Chop and mix with some Bell Pepper and you have a great omelet mix. Each week you will also receive a recipe that utilizes some of the items in your share to help you spice up your imagination! Also, check out our blog for food preservation tips!
  • Where do I pick up my crate each week?
    You will find a truck with the Right On Cue Banner next to the Dublin Building in the student parking lot across from the BHHS.
