Apple Crumble

Apple Mixture:

5-6 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced

1 cup white sugar

1 tbsn all purpose sugar

1 tspn cinnamon

1/2 tspn salt

1/2 cup water


Topping:

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup all purpose flour

1 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 tspn baking powder

1/4 tspn baking soda

1 stick butter, melted


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, prepare by mix apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Let it sit for 5 minutes, place mixture in 9x13 pan and pour water over mixture.

  3. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and melted butter. Mix with a fork until mixture becomes crumbly.

  4. Bake for 45 minutes, let cool before serving.
