1 small head of cauliflower
Anything you want in your 'rice' (such as onions, garlic, green onions, celery, mushrooms, cabbage, ham)
Olive oil
1 tbsn soy sauce
salt and pepper
Chopped green onion for garnish
Grate the cauliflower using a food processor or blender. Dice other ingredients that you want to use.
Sauté onions and garlic then add rest of "things" you want to add to your rice. Add soy sauce and stir to combine.
When cooked add "cauliflower rice", cook 3-4 minutes.
Make a "hole" in the center of the 'rice' and crack an egg in it and mix everything together.
